West Bay Apartments
201 Main St W, Minnewaukan ND is an 18 unit complex that has 16 one-bedroom units, 2 three-bedroom units and 1 single family house operated under the HUD public housing program. Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income, rent includes; heat, water, sewer, garbage, electric, onsite laundry, onsite mail pickup and delivery and public Wi-Fi.
Park View Manor
402 3rd St, Maddock, ND is a 10 one-bedroom unit complex and is operated under the project-based section 8 program and financed by USDA RD. Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income, rent includes; heat, water, sewer, garbage, electric and onsite laundry.
Moeller Homes, Inc.
703 2nd St, Maddock, ND is an 11 unit complex that has 10 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit and is operated under the USDA RD Rental Assistance Program. Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income, rent includes; heat, water, sewer, garbage, electric and onsite laundry.
Leeds 4-plex
345 2nd St SE, Leeds, ND is a 4 two-bedroom unit complex. Housing Choice Vouchers are available to eligible tenants. Rent includes; water, sewer, garbage, and onsite laundry.
Housing Choice Voucher Program
Benson County Housing operates the HCV program with authority to issue 19 vouchers. Applicants can mail in applications but must attend the voucher briefing and issuance in person.
